Red Bull ignites 2024 F1 season with RB20 car launch and ‘Forever Rebl’ campaign

Red Bull Racing unveils RB20 in spectacular fashion as it seeks to maintain F1 dominance in 2024

In an electrifying global livestream, Red Bull Racing marked the commencement of its 20th season in Formula 1, introducing not only the highly anticipated RB20 but also launching the “Forever Rebl” campaign.

This year-long celebration honors two decades of Red Bull‘s influential culture within F1, from its early days as paddock upstarts to becoming a formidable force with multiple championship victories.

The “Forever Rebl” campaign is set to showcase the team’s groundbreaking journey and its enduring impact on and off the track. Planned events and activations aim to bring fans closer to the team’s rich history, featuring creative competitions, art and fashion collaborations, exclusive merchandise, and opportunities to own unique pieces of Red Bull Racing memorabilia.

In a departure from last year’s virtual fan presentation, this year’s season launch for the RB20 saw a select group of fans attending in person at the Red Bull Technology Campus, further emphasizing the fan-centric approach of the “Forever Rebl” campaign.

Over 350 fans, team partners, and media members witnessed the unveiling of the RB20, with the event hosted by former Red Bull star David Coulthard and presenter Derin Adetosye.

The RB20: A New Chapter

Christian Horner, Team Principal and CEO, highlighted the significance of the RB20 in Red Bull Racing’s storied history. With seven Drivers’ titles, six Constructors’ Championships, and 113 race victories, the team looks to the RB20 to open a new chapter of competition and success.

Horner’s confidence in drivers Max Verstappen and Sergio ‘Checo’ Perez underscores the team’s ambition to continue its pursuit of podiums, wins, and more championship titles in this landmark year.

“This is a momentous year in the team’s history,” Horner said in a statement. “Over the past 20 years, Red Bull has succeeded in changing the landscape of Formula 1.

“It has done it by being determined to do things differently, by being committed to playing hard and racing even harder and by being utterly focused on competing for the biggest prizes in the sport.

“We’ve been lucky enough to do that on multiple occasions and seven Drivers’ titles, six Constructors’ Championship wins and 113 race victories to date demonstrate the success of Red Bull’s vision for the team.

“The latest chapter of that story starts today with the RB20. It’s going to be a thrilling and hugely competitive season but as we saw last year, this is a team operating at the peak of its powers and in Max and Checo we have two drivers who can deliver at every circuit, in any conditions.

“So I’m confident that, just as we have done for the past 20 years, we can compete for podiums, wins and hopefully more championships.”

Fans worldwide can look forward to a year filled with thrilling races, exclusive behind-the-scenes content, and unique ways to engage with the team’s journey from its inception to its current status as a double title-defending squad.

With the RB20, Red Bull Racing is poised to add more chapters to its illustrious history, racing hard and aiming high for the 2024 Formula One season.
