The 2023 Monaco GP is one of the highlights on the F1 calendar and this season marks the start of the European races, so make sure you know where to watch the race live from the Circuit de Monaco on TV and online via streaming.
Despite Red Bull being the dominant car on the grid in F1 2023, the short nature of the track in Monaco, and the relatively low speeds, mean the field is more closely matched as was seen in qualifying.
Max Verstappen starts on pole in the Red Bull, followed by the Aston Martin of Fernando Alonso with Esteban Ocon in the Alpine in third. Carlos Sainz’s Ferrari is fourth and Lewis Hamilton in the Mercedes fifth. That makes it five different constructors in the top five positions.
The 2023 Monaco GP starts at 3pm local time in Monte Carlo, which is 2pm for those in the UK, and on the US east coast it’s lights out at 9am, and on the US west coast it’s a very early 6am start.
