Max Verstappen has extended his lead at the top of the F1 Drivers’ Championship standings following his second victory of the season at the Australian GP.
The race finished under chaotic circumstances after a two late red flags, with the final lap finishing behind the safety car.
Verstappen was dominant throughout the race in Melbourne, despite losing out early in the race to the Mercedes of George Russell, who later retired after a power unit failure.
