The wait is almost over as the 2022 Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix heralds the start of the new F1 season, so make sure you know where to watch the Bahrain GP on TV in the UK, USA and Australia.
Reigning F1 Drivers’ Champion Max Verstappen is favourite for the race after he topped the testing timesheet, as Red Bull proved that they once again have a car which will be challenging for the championships. Meanwhile his 2021 rival Lewis Hamilton has already admitted that Mercedes will not be challenging for the win in Bahrain.
Ferrari looked strong in both tests – Barcelona and Bahrain – so will expect to be fighting for victory, while McLaren, Aston Martin and Alpine all had less than smooth outings. Then we come to Haas who have gone through a ton of upheaval over the winter, removing their title sponsor and replacing Nikita Mazepin with Kevin Magnussen.
