Lando Norris secures pole for the 2025 Belgian GP with a 1:40.562 lap, edging out his McLaren teammate, Oscar Piastri, by just 0.085s at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps on Saturday, July 26. Here are the full results.
Qualifying was dramatic across all sessions. Rain looms over Sunday’s race, which could shuffle the order down the long Kemmel Straight. Q3 saw a strong McLaren 1-2, while Max Verstappen’s higher-downforce setup hinted at a race-focused compromise.
Whilst Q1 ended in heartbreak for Lewis Hamilton, who was eliminated after a lap-time deletion for track limits at Eau Rouge as both Aston Martins and the Mercedes of Kimi Antonelli also exited early.
With unpredictable weather expected, the stage is set for a thrilling Belgian GP.

Meanwhile Verstappen, slightly off the pace lines up third, followed by Charles Leclerc and an impressive Alex Albon in fifth. George Russell rounds out the top six.
Elsewhere, Gabriel Bortoleto took full advantage of Hamilton‘s late Q1 elimination to get his Sauber all the way up onto 10th on the grid, an eye-catching result from the young Brazilian rookie.
