Max Verstappen topped the timesheet for FP2 at the 2023 Saudi Arabian GP

    -

Red Bull continued their domination of F1 with Max Verstappen fastest in FP2 at the 2023 Saudi Arabian GP,  just ahead of Aston Martin’s Fernando Alonso, with Sergio Perez in the sister Red Bull in third.

Verstappen was easily able to shake off a stomach illness and was two tenths ahead of Alonso, despite some issues with the front end of his car.

Elsewhere, the Alpine pair of Pierre Gasly and Esteban Ocon were impressive, ending the session in fourth and sixth, respectively. The same could not be said for Ferrari with both cars languishing in the midfield.
