The 2023 Qatar Grand Prix sees the fourth sprint weekend of the Formula 1 season, so make sure you know where to watch the event at the Losail international Circuit on TV in the UK, USA and Australia.
It’s a weekend which is likely to see the crowning of Max Verstappen for a third time, as the Red Bull driver needs just three points to seal the title in Saturday’s Sprint Race.
Should that not happen, Verstappen, who has won 13 races in 2023, will almost certainly become champion on Sunday in the Qatar GP itself.
Lewis Hamilton won the one and only Qatar GP in 2021 and is set for an uphill battle to simply get on the podium this year as Mercedes go head-to-head with Ferrari in the constructors’ championship for second place.
McLaren were ahead of both teams last time out at Suzuka and Lando Norris will be in the mix again as he looks to take a hat-trick of podiums for the first time in his F1 career.
