As the F1 teams prepared for Qualifying later on Saturday, Max Verstappen was fastest in Practice 3 at the 2023 Monaco GP, beating out Red Bull teammate by 0.073s.
As the track evolved towards the end of the session, lap times tumbled with Fernando Alonso initially setting the fastest first sector of all, but Haas’ Kevin Magnussen brought out the yellow flag forcing the Aston Martin driver to slow.
The session finished under the red flag when Lewis Hamilton wedged his Mercedes into the barriers at Mirabeau, with the seven-time champion putting in the fastest first sector time before that.
