F1 2023 Mexico City GP – Betting Odds and Predictions

The latest betting odds and predictions for the 2023 Mexico City GP.

The Formula 1 season continues its American tour with the 2023 Mexico City Grand Prix at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.

An eventful race last time out at the United States GP witnessed Max Verstappen securing the 50th win of his career in a grand prix dominated by strategy calls.

The Red Bull driver was closely pursued by Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton throughout the race, but Norris, despite leading the first stint, couldn’t keep up the pace and Mercedes ran out of laps in their late chase of a first win of 2023.

The real shocker was Hamilton’s disqualification due to illegal floor wear after securing second on the track, but the team say they remain optimistic as they head to Mexico City given the clear improvement.

Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz, despite a surprise podium finish, played second fiddle to Charles Leclerc throughout the weekend.

Verstappen favourite and Perez on home turf

Verstappen, fresh from his victory in the US, is the clear favorite for the Mexico City Grand Prix. However, with Sergio Perez racing on home soil and Hamilton eager to bounce back from his disqualification, the race promises to be another intriguing strategy battle.

McLaren drivers Norris and Oscar Piastri, who have shown impressive form recently, are also contenders to watch out for, with the high-altitude track in Mexico City able to throw up surprises.
