George Russell in the Mercedes ended the final practice session for the 2023 Las Vegas GP fastest after FP3 was red flagged with four minutes to go.
Towards the end of the session the rear left tyre from Alex Albon’s Williams came off the car after he hit the barrier which brought out the red flag.
Ferrari, who were fastest in FP1 and FP2, were unable to show their pace in FP3 due to the red flag. Meanwhile, Logan Sargeant was a spectacular third fastest in the Williams.
The Red Bull pair of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez were fourth and fifth fastest, respectively.
