Esteban Ocon topped the timesheet for FP2 at the 2022 Brazilian GP

    -

Alpine claimed top spot in the second practice session at the 2022 Brazilian GP, with Esteban Ocon going fastest with the Sprint Race to come later on Saturday.

There was no threat of rain at Interlagos on Saturday afternoon and the teams got one hour of dry running as they prepare for the Sprint, then the race on Sunday.

Ocon beat out Sergio Perez in the Red Bull as George Russell put in another strong showing in his Mercedes. Pole man Kevin Magnussen was ninth in the Haas

Elsewhere, Logan Sargeant replaced Alex Albon in the Williams as he looks to get the required super licence points ahead of a drive in F1 next season.
