So far in the 2023 F1 season, Red Bull have had near total domination. Max Verstappen and Checo Perez shared the opening two wins of the campaign, with the Dutchman also emerging victorious in Australia.
Aston Martin have been the closest challenger to Red Bull, but Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton had something of a resurgence Down Under, and Ferrari will be aiming to get back amongst the front-running teams in Baku.
When is the Azerbaijan GP 2023?
The 2023 Azerbaijan GP will take place at the Baku City Circuit, but there will be a slight change to the schedule. Friday will see qualifying for the main race scheduled for 17:00 (local time), and the race at 15:00 (local time) on Sunday.
Saturday will see both sprint qualifying and a sprint race which will replace the usual two practice sessions. Sprint qualifying is set for 12:30 (local time) and the sprint race 17:30 local time.
