Arvid Lindblad launches a special helmet for the 2026 British GP containing a resounding message for fans, as the Racing Bulls rookie prepares for his first home race in Formula 1 at Silverstone on July 5.
Lindblad was signed to Racing Bulls for the 2026 F1 season, where the 18-year-old is on a run of three consecutive points finishes and a total of 14 points through just seven starts, suffering a DNS at the Canadian GP.
He has proven competitive against his established teammate Liam Lawson and there is a buzz continuing to grow around his efforts in the midfield and whether the teenager could land a move to Red Bull in the future.
For the short term, the focus is on continuing to understand how the sport works and to continue adding points to his tally board and he will look to do so once again at the British GP, with the Racing Bulls package working well.
Teammate Liam Lawson has 30 points on the board too, meaning that the team has 12 points finishes with both cars, excluding Sprint Races, as Racing Bulls sit a comfortable 23 points above Haas and 13 points behind the Mercedes-powered Alpine A526.
They are well within the hunt on to finish best of the rest behind the lead four teams ad with Lindblad is performing well, the stage is set for a big weekend at the British GP in which the teenager will bring a special helmet to Silverstone.

Arvid Lindblad launches special helmet for 2026 British GP
Lindblad’s usual helmet for racing elsewhere around the globe is an amalgamation of different colours including silver, to aqua blue, dark blue, a fluorescent green/yellow and the traditional red and yellow of Red Bull.
But for the British GP, he has adopted a very different approach and design as the rising motorsport star taps into wishful dreaming of making it to F1 that he carried throughout his childhood in England.
Full of cartoon crayon drawings over a base of white to symbolise paper, the design invokes the nostalgia of the youngster in his quest to the top level of racing cars and the powerful imaginations of children.
Designed by the British-Indian artist Navinder Nangla, fans can spot Lindblad holding winners trophies aloft with a Formula 1 car central, proving he never lost sight of the ultimate goal despite success.

A triarchy of national flags can be spotted at the base of the helmet to pay tribute to Lindblad’s heritage, with the Indian flag to the left, British flag to the centre and Swedish flag to the right. At both sides of the trio, the chequered flag can be seen.
The British flag can be seen at the front of the helmet and the top of the helmet, along with a resounding message of ‘Dream Big’, which Lindblad opened up about in a press release with Red Bull.
“This special helmet truly represents my journey,” Lindblad said. “Everything started when | was five years old, with the dream of being in Formula 1.
“And it feels special to tell that story at Silverstone, where so much of my journey began. Working with Navinder and having him help bring my journey to life has been amazing to see.
“The messages ‘Dream Big’ and ‘My Path, My Way’ symbolise the vision I’ve always had. I knew I wanted to become an FI driver from the first moment I sat in a kart and F1 was always the goal.
“This wouldn’t have been possible without all the support and help that | have received from my closest people.”
Arvid Lindblad and his Rise to F1
Lindblad is the son of a Swedish father and an Indian mother and was raised in Virginia Water in Surrey, England, with the youngster connected to all three of the national identities of his heritage and describing himself as “very proud to be British”.
He began his motorsport career at the age of three by racing motorcross bikes, and began karting at the age of five at Daytona Sandown Park close to Milton Keynes, where his employer, Red Bull, is based.
By 2015, he has reached competitive karting and began receiving mentorship from Ollie Rowland, the 2024/25 Formula E world champion, and signed to the Red Bull Junior Team in 2021 shortly after winning the WSK Super Master Series.
Lindblad joined open-wheel formula racing by signing for Van Amersfoort Racing in 2022 to compete in the Italian F4 Series, and quickly began rising through the ranks to reach Formula 3 in 2024 and Formula 2 in 2025.
Winning a handful of other series in this time, he became the youngest ever winner in F2 at the age of 17 years and 254 days when he won the Feature Race at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit in Saudi Arabia.
He also became the second-youngest polesitter in F2 history and managed to claim further wins in the Netherlands and Abu Dhabi, along with podiums at Imola and Monza to finish his rookie season in the series in sixth, with 134 points.
It was enough to catch the eye of Red Bull and he now competes in F1, where he launches his special helmet for the 2026 British GP.
